Our Impact

HFEG has made significant progress in our mission to support and help our student beneficiaries graduate from school.

It’s worth mentioning that nearly all of our scholarship graduates are employed and providing for themselves and their families. 

Mentorship:
We stay in regular contact with our scholarship alums and encourage them to act as mentors for the youth in their communities and our current scholarship recipients.

Higher Education:
HFEG offers guidance and expertise to our alumni interested in pursuing even further study in and outside Ghana. We aim to guide those students to secure admission into educational institutions abroad. We use our contacts in the academic field and a few alums.

In the fall of 2023, one of our alums, a pharmacy student, won a scholarship to pursue a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences at Wayne State University in Michigan, United States.

In 2019, one of our high school scholarship recipients also won a four-year scholarship for an undergraduate degree in Pennsylvania. One of our nursing alums graduated with a degree from the University of Development Studies, Tamale, Ghana.
